Former pro triathlete and Open Water Swimmer, Meredith Novack is famous for her encounter with sharks.
She broke the Men’s World Record and is the first woman to swim from Lanai to Maui and back. She also has the distinction of being the first person out of the water (male or female) on the pro tour multiple times. Beautiful, aggressive and smart - her nickname is "The Shark."
She has coached NCAA Swimming Record Holders, Channel Swimming World Record Holders, Para Triathlon World Record Holders and more than 100 National Championship wins around the world in Triathlon, Duathlon, Open Water Swimming, Masters and NCAA Swimming. Meredith has coached 2 Overall Champions of the Double RoughWater (both women) and the Female Champion of the Waikiki Roughwater.
Meredith embraces her age and her body type (inches shorter than most of her competitors). She inspires others and motivates people to never give up, dream big and to love the body they have. People usually expect world class swimmers to be 6 feet tall and ripped...so when Meredith walks into a room, she doesn't just turn heads...she turns hearts and minds.
