Return and Refund Policy

All She Plays products are produced on a made-to-order basis through print-on-demand fulfillment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

All Sales Are Final

Because each product is manufactured specifically upon order, all sales are final.

She Plays does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to size selection, color preference, change of mind, incorrect item selection, or dissatisfaction with shipping or delivery timing once an order has entered production.

No Refunds

She Plays does not issue refunds.

Upon placement and acceptance of an order, that transaction is final and non-refundable, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Manufacturing Defects and Production Damage

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print defect, or damage attributable to production or fulfillment, the customer must notify She Plays in writing at help@sheplays.io within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery.

Written notice must include:

Your order number
The email address associated with the order
A written description of the defect or damage
Clear photographic evidence of the defective or damaged item
Clear photographic evidence of the original packaging, where the item arrived damaged in shipment

If She Plays determines after review that an item contains a manufacturing defect or production-related damage, She Plays will arrange for shipment of a replacement item of the same description at no additional cost to the customer.

Replacement is the sole remedy available for defective or damaged items under this policy, except where another remedy is required by applicable law.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.

She Plays bears no responsibility for orders that are delayed, undeliverable, lost, or returned to sender as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

At She Plays’ discretion, an order returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Size, Fit, and Color Variations

Because all products are made to order, She Plays does not accept returns or exchanges based on size, fit, or color.

Customers are advised to review all available sizing guides and product descriptions before purchase.

Product colors may vary based on screen calibration, display settings, lighting conditions, and print production variances. Such variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

She Plays cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed.

If a customer identifies an error in a submitted order, the customer should contact help@sheplays.io as promptly as possible.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a tracking record indicates delivery but the customer did not receive the order, the customer should contact the applicable shipping carrier directly.

For shipments that appear lost in transit or have not progressed for an unusual period of time, the customer may contact help@sheplays.io and She Plays will review the matter with its fulfillment partner.

Shipping delays or losses caused by carrier conduct, weather, holidays, address errors, or other circumstances outside She Plays’ reasonable control do not qualify for refunds.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, She Plays’ total liability to any customer under this policy shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item or items at issue.

She Plays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any purchase.

Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising under this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with She Plays, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

All products are manufactured to order
All sales are final
Returns and exchanges are not accepted
Refunds are not issued, except as required by applicable law
Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery
Approved defect claims are resolved through replacement only, except where another remedy is required by applicable law
